Self-Sufficiency Workshops
Help teach group workshops or work one-on-one with our members.
We need volunteers to serve by teaching a personal or professional skill as part of our self-sufficiency programming. We are currently looking for volunteers who have experience in the following areas:
- Home Ownership
- Financial Literacy & Empowerment
- Job Readiness Skills
- Mental Health
- Healthy Eating & Nutrition, including Cooking Demos
- Holistic Wellness, including Yoga, Journaling, Meditation, etc.
- Storytelling & Literacy
- Senior Advocacy & Community Building

Learn about Guardian Angel’s mission and how your group can get involved!
Are you a business, corporate team, school, or organization looking to give back? Book a Guardian Angel Learning Session! This engaging presentation provides information about our mission, impact, and the ways your group can support our under-resourced neighbors. This could be a great “Lunch and Learn” opportunity!
