Self-Sufficiency Workshops

Help teach group workshops/classes or work 1:1 with our members.

We need volunteers to serve by teaching a personal or professional skill as part of our self-sufficiency programming. We are currently looking for volunteers who have experience in the following areas:

  • Home Ownership
  • Financial Literacy & Empowerment
  • Job Readiness Skills
  • Mental Health
  • Healthy Eating & Nutrition, including Cooking Demonstrations
  • Holistic Wellness, including Yoga, Journaling, Meditation, etc.
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Exercise Classes
  • Storytelling & Literacy
  • Senior Advocacy & Community Building
